Antipasto Skewers:
The word - antipasto, is of
Italian origin meaning "before the food." But as antipasto
has become more popular they are now a food in itself. Ours
is the quintessential example. Mild, delicious Mozzarella
cheese is threaded on a skewer along with chunks of
sun-dried tomatoes and a wedge of tender artichoke heart.
These tasty vegetables are complemented with spiced Kalamata
olives then all are coated with olive oil, salt and accented
with bits of basil leaves. What else can be said...buon
appetito!25

Chicken
Sate:
Originating in the distant
villages of Thailand, sates are now enjoyed all across
America and Europe. Our Chicken Sate features chicken
tenders, skewered and then lightly brushed with teriyaki
sauce, garlic, pineapple syrup and pepper sauce that is
purely and delightfully Thai- sweet, exotic and
irresistible. |
