a shitake, oyster and domestic
mushroom cream Duxelle and seasoned with shallots,

Mushroom Vol-Au-Vent
But the first bite hints at a
whole new world of tastes. Succulent Portobello and
domestic mushrooms are blended
with creamy Fontina cheese, then seasoned with
onions, fresh thyme and
chopped parsley. This unique blend of flavors offers an
