Appetizers:
 
Puff Pastry Cheese Straw
Among the most popular appetizers, you will always find the Cheese Straw. And what
makes ours special is that we use only the very best ingredients. We take delicate,
French puff pastry twists with sharp cheddar cheese, then compliment it with the
perfect blend of seasonings. The extra attention to quality produces the best in flavor!
 
 
Beef & Duxelle En Croute (Mini Beef Wellington)
A petite version of an elegant favorite: beef tenderloin medallions complemented by
a shitake, oyster and domestic mushroom cream Duxelle and seasoned with shallots,
 thyme and garlic… all nestled in flaky, French puff pastry. A picture-perfect appetizer!
 
 
Mushroom Vol-Au-Vent
But the first bite hints at a whole new world of tastes. Succulent Portobello and
domestic mushrooms are blended with creamy Fontina cheese, then seasoned with
 onions, fresh thyme and chopped parsley. This unique blend of flavors offers an
hors d'oeuvre that is unlike other puff pastries. And in addition to its wonderful taste,
it offers an interesting meatless alternative.
 
 
Antipasto Skewers
The word - antipasto, is of Italian origin meaning "before the food." But as antipasto
 has become more popular they are now a food in itself. Ours is the quintessential
example. Mild, delicious Mozzarella cheese is threaded on a skewer along with chunks
of sun-dried tomatoes and a wedge of tender artichoke heart. These tasty vegetables
 are complemented with spiced Kalamata olives then all are coated with olive oil, salt
 and accented with bits of basil leaves. What else can be said...buon appetito!
 
 
 
Cozy Shrimp
 A spring roll wrapper enfolds a meaty shrimp and julienned vegetables including red,
 yellow and green bell peppers and onions. Seasoned with roasted garlic, sesame oil
 and Cajun seasonings.

artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, hearts of palm & black olives

with wild mushrooms & tomatoes
